1. Refund Method:

For online orders, the refund amount will be processed through the Cashfree payment gateway.
For manual orders, - (Def) Orders placed through WhatsApp by making payment directly to the assigned bank account/UPI numbers

2. Refund Timelines:

The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used for the original purchase. Below are the estimated refund timelines for different payment methods:

- Credit/Debit Cards:

  - The refund will be initiated immediately from our end.
  - However, it may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. This delay is due to the standard processing time of the card issuer's bank.

- Wallets:

  - Refunds for wallet payments will be initiated immediately from our end.
  - The refunded amount should be visible in your wallet account within Instant - 7 business days, subject to the wallet service provider's processing time.

- UPI (Unified Payments Interface):

  - Refunds for UPI payments will be initiated promptly.
  - The refund amount should appear in your UPI-linked account within Instant - 7 business days, based on the processing time of your bank.

- Net Banking:

  - Refunds for payments made through net banking will be initiated immediately.
  - The refunded amount should reflect in your bank account within 2-10 business days, considering the standard processing time of your bank.

- Manual Orders: 

  - If the return, exchange, or product is not available to complete the order, the refund will be approved and credited to your original method of payment in 1-3 days from the date of approval. If you prefer to receive the refund to another account, please let the customer service team know so they can take the necessary steps.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

5. Refund Process:

- Once your refund has been initiated, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund request.

- Please allow the specified refund processing time for the amount to reflect in your account.

- If you encounter any issues or delays beyond the stated timelines, please contact us for further assistance.

6. Failed Transactions:

 - Incase, of failed transactions while placing an order, our Cashfree PG reconciliation team will identify the transactions marked as failed or user dropped in our systems. The Cashfree reconciliation team then initiates reversals of funds to the customer.

UPI, Wallets: 1-5 business days

Net Banking: 3-5 business days
