1. Return Window:

You have a window of 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

2. Return Eligibility:

- Only items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition are eligible for return or exchange.

- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

- Accessories, undergarments, and items marked as non-returnable are excluded from this policy

3. Required Documentation:

- To initiate a return or exchange, an unboxing video of the received package is mandatory. Additionally, clear pictures of the products, including any defects or discrepancies, must be provided.

- These visual materials will be used to verify the condition of the products before processing the return or exchange request.

4. Reasons for Return:

- Returns or exchanges will only be entertained for the following reasons:

  - Damaged or defective items upon receipt.

  - Color discrepancies (variations between the product received and the product displayed on the website).

5. Return Process:

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Within 2 days of receiving your order, record an unboxing video.
  2. Take clear pictures of the product, highlighting any damages or color discrepancies.

  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
6. Return Authorization:

Upon approval of your return or exchange request, you will receive a return authorization code and further instructions on how to proceed.

7. Shipping for Returns:

For approved returns or exchanges due to damages or color discrepancies, 

  • We will arrange a pickup in most cases if the delivery partner is available (this is strictly subject to the availability of the return service)
  • Customers are encouraged to ship the package and we will reimburse the shipment amount in the refund/exchange 
  • Once shipped, please make sure to share the docket number of the package 
  • We will initiate the further process once we receive the package 
8. Exchanges:
  • Exchanges will be subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Customers can replace different items for those in their order from upcoming videos or the website (www.jabitaschoice.com), and if the price of the substitute item is either (i) higher than the applicable difference amount to be paid against the order (ii) lower, we will refund the difference to the original method of payment. 
  • Once we receive the original products from the order, we will ship the exchanged products.
9. Refunds:

10. Non-Eligible Items:
